how to get involved in professional womens volleyball

i have a friend who has recently decided to try and get back into professional volleyball. She was an all WAC player two years In a row in college and played one year in Greece before an injury sidelined her for a year. My question is how can she begin to try and contact teams and find a job now that she\\\\\\\’s decided to come bac? . Is there a list of teams and their contact info somewhere that we can send herfiln around or should we just be trying to contact agents and work through them? Anyways anything helps so thanks in advance.
