Kurt Hausheer asked 5 years ago I’m curious if anyone here does jump training? I searched for it on these forums and was surprised that there don’t seem to be posts about it. I’m a jump trainer and I had one of my students gain 12 inches of vertical last month just by doing jump training.
Anyone else do jump training? I’m curious to hear your thoughts…
