How do I exchange an item? Are exchanges FREE?
YES! Exchanges are free and below we’ve listed several ways to make this process easy as possible.

Quick Option:

Fill out the packing slip or print our Download Return/Exchange Form. Item(s) you are shipping back to us must be in new, sellable, store-bought condition. Simply stated: the item cannot be worn, practiced in, or played in. It must have all the original product packaging.

If you are exchanging shoes, please put the shoes in their shoe box, and then place the shoe box inside another box (we cannot accept returned shoes in just their shoebox). Ship back to us any way you would like (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.). Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us; however, we will pay to ship the exchange back to you. Once we receive your package, we will process it as an exchange and ship the new item(s) to you for free! Be sure to put as much information as possible about the product you want to exchange for. This may include: name, style, color, size, etc. Missing information will delay the shipment of your new item(s). If there is a difference in price and you paid with a credit card, the card associated with your original order will be refunded or charged accordingly. You will receive an email confirming this. If there is a difference in price and you paid through PayPal, we will contact you by email asking you to give us a call with payment information. If you paid by check or Purchase Order, please contact a team sales representative at (800) 738-4026 or info@volleyball.com before sending your package for exchange. Free Shipping for Exchanges includes FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail only.

Quicker Option:

Give us a call during normal business hours to place a new order over the phone. Once we confirm your original order we will process and ship your exchange item(s) FREE. You can then proceed as a regular return by marking your Packing Slip or Download Return/Exchange Form as a return and following the steps above.

Quickest Option:

Place a new order for the item(s) you need so we can process your order ASAP. Some items can take longer to process/ship so please see the individual product page or our Shipping Practices Section for more information.

Proceed as a regular return by marking your Packing Slip or Download Return/Exchange Form as a return. Make sure to provide your new order number or reference number so we can refund the price of shipping on that order. (Please note that if you do not provide your new order number or new reference number we will not know to refund you for your shipping charge). Refer to “How do I return an item?” below for more details about returns.

How do I return an item?

Simply stated: the item cannot be worn, practiced in, or played in. It must have all the original product packaging. If original product package has been damaged in any way, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ship back to us any way you would like (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.). Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. Once we receive your package, we will process it as a return and refund you for the price of the items. The purchase amount will be refunded back into your account within 3-5 business days. If you need the funds released sooner, please contact the issuing bank or company of your credit card for more information. We will send a Credit Issued email confirming the return to the email address associated with the original order. If you paid with a credit card, we will refund that card. If you paid through PayPal, we will refund that account. If you paid by check or Purchase Order, please contact a team sales representative at (800) 738-4026 or info@volleyball.com before sending your return.

What if the item I am returning is defective?
Please call (800) 738-4026, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm CST to speak with a Volleyball.Com team member. Follow our returns process to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to determine if it is defective. If shoes are defective, they must be returned within 45 days of the order date. After that time, any defects will be considered normal wear for volleyball shoes and cannot be deemed defective. If the item is found to be defective, we will send out a replacement item free of charge and issue a refund to you for any shipping charges incurred in sending the item back to us.

What if I received the wrong item(s)?
Each package is double-checked before it’s shipped to ensure that you get exactly what you ordered. However, if we shipped something to you by mistake, please contact us so we can correct our mistake immediately. Please note: All shortages, mis-shipments, and other discrepancies must be claimed within 14 days of delivery. Please call (800) 738-4026, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm CST to speak with a Volleyball.Com team member. You can also email us at info@volleyball.com anytime. One of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours (business days only). We will ship out the correct item as soon as possible and arrange for you to send the incorrect item back to us.

What if I do not have a Volleyball.Com packing slip?
Simply print out our Download Return/Exchange Form and follow the steps list above to return or exchange your item. Do NOT send it back to the manufacturer…doing so will guarantee that you will pay a restocking fee up to 15%.

What if I need to return/exchange my international order? What if it’s defective?
We do accept international returns, but you are responsible for getting the item(s) back to us. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order. If you have a defective item, we will gladly refund you for the purchase price of the item and the shipping cost from All Volleyball to your US address. We are not responsible for any additional shipping, customs, duties, taxes from Bongo International to you.

Things to Keep in Mind:
For exchanges, we pay for shipping your new item back to you.

If you are sending shoes back, please put shoes in their shoe box, and then place the shoe box inside another box (we cannot accept returned shoes in just their shoebox).

We cannot accept returns after 90 days from the purchase date.

If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process the return for a refund.

Shipping is refundable on Exchanges; however it is non-refundable for Returns.

For misshipments or exhchanges, if the customer request we ship the new items out prior to receiving the original items we will charge the customers credit card on file unless other arrangements are made.

We will process your return or exchange as quickly as possible provided that it meets the guidelines of our Shipping & Returns page. Processing time takes no more than two business days. Once a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 days depending on the issuing bank or credit card company for the refund to show up on your account.

All items returned to us will be inspected upon arrival for signs of use, wear, and other damage. Any item that is not in “re-sellable” condition will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be given. If shoes are defective, they must be returned within 45 days of the order date. After that time, it will be considered normal wear for volleyball shoes and cannot be deemed defective.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% on items, which include, but are not limited to web site, vendors, phone, email, fax, and/or retail orders. This applies to all items in our Team Wear section.
