Objectives:
Teach aggressiveness on defense.
- Run hitting lines with all three hitters.
- Coach tosses balls to the setter.
- Set can set any hitter, any set.
- Hitter tries to keep the ball away from the defender.
- The defender must touch ten balls before rotating out.
- Defense can start anywhere they want.
Variations:
- Add defenders
- Have two hitters and allow the setter to dump.
